How to use Simix Multi-Surface Ceramic Coating

METAL CASES/GAS PUMPS/STOVES
EXHAUST HOODS/RUBBER/VINYL

PREP PRODUCT

Shake gallon well. For easier handling, pour
desired amount into clean, new smaller
container.

PREP SURFACE

Thoroughly clean and remove any visible
surface contaminants.

APPLY

Only work small areas at a time. Dampen
microfiber cloth or foam applicator sponge
with water. Liberally apply Simix to dampened
cloth or sponge. Apply product onto the
surface with horizontal and vertical motions.
Dry buff immediately with second microfiber
cloth in similar manner until product is
completely absorbed.

GLASS/MIRRORS

PREP PRODUCT

This coating MUST be diluted for these surfaces. Dilution rate is 4 parts water to 1 part coating. Pour water into clean, new spray bottle first. Add coating and shake.

PREP SURFACE

Thoroughly clean surface.

APPLY

Only work small areas at a time. Dampen microfiber cloth or foam applicator sponge with water. Spray mixture to dampened cloth or sponge. Apply product onto the surface with horizontal and vertical motions. Dry buff immediately with second microfiber cloth in similar manner until product is completely absorbed.

Note: You can spray directly onto surface.
Any overspray must also be dry buffed.

MONTHLY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

After initial application has been made, product should be diluted for routine monthly maintenance. Dilution rate is 4 parts water to 1 part coating. Follow same application method. Only use once a month.

Simix Multi-Surface Ceramic Coating is nanoengineered. nanoparticles work in the world of particles that are 1,000 times smaller than the human eye can see. Simix contains nanoparticles of titanium dioxide, which react with indoor lighting and sunlight to break down bacteria, viruses, mold, grime and stains.

Why does Simix have a high pH? Most microbes like a pH of 6 to 8. They die in environments that have a pH above 9.2. While most cleaning products are pH neutral, Simix Cleaner has a pH of 11.3, which is extremely hostile to microbes and bacteria. The permanent pH of Simix Multi-Surface Ceramic Coating is even higher, insuring that your surfaces will resist contamination.
