KITCHEN FLOORS & ELIMINATE DRAIN ODORS

1. Use Simix Multi-Surface Kitchen Degreaser to mop floors every night and to help fight drain clogs.
2. Pour 3 gallons of hottest water you can safely use into mop bucket.
3. Add 6 small scoops of Simix powder for daily cleaning.
4. Mix with mop.
5. mop floors.
6. Pour mop water down kitchen floor drain to keep it free-flowing and eliminate odors.

HOW MUCH TO USE IN AUTOSCRUBBER

Normal daily cleaning: 1/2 large scoop per 16-20 gallons of water.

Extremely soiled: 1 large scoop per 16-20 gallons of water.

WALLS AND CEILINGS

1. Fill a clean quart spray bottle with warm water.
2. Add 1/2 tsp. Simix powder to water.
3. Shake to dissolve.
4. Spray Surface.
5. Wipe with clean cloth.

GLASS, WINDOWS, TABLES, COUNTERS, STAINLESS STEEL AND MENUS

1. Use the quart bottle labeled Simix Glass and Table Cleaner.
2. If it's empty, fill spray bottle with warm water and add 1/4 tsp Simix powder. Shake to dissolve.
3. Spray surface.
4. Wipe with clean cloth.

HOOD FILTERS AND OVEN PARTS

1. Plug drain and fill sinks with hottest water available.
2. Add Simix powder to hot water. In the sink, use 1 large scoop for every 5 gallons of water.
3. Soak hood filters and oven parts in solution for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse with warm water and wipe clean.

CARPETS

1. Use 1 small scoop per gallon of water. If carpets are heavily soiled, use 2 small scoops. If carpets are extremely soiled, use 4 small scoops.
2. Use the hottest water possible..
3. Clean as you normally would.

LAUNDRY

1. Use 2 small scoops for normal loads, 6 small scoop for greasy loads.
2. Must use hot water.

BACK ENTRANCE AND DUMPSTER AREAS

1. Use 1/2 large scoop per gallon of water for moderately soiled areas. Use 1 large scoop for heavily soiled and oil-stained areas.
2. Clean as you normally would.

GREASE TRAPS

Once a week, do regular maintenance on grease traps using Simix to emulsify the grease and keep your pipes free-flowing to the street and treatment plant. For high volume traps or if there are recurring foul odors, do maintenance more often.

1. Plug all sink drains that lead to grease trap.
2. Fill each sink with hottest water possible.
3. sprinkle Simix powder into water. Use 1 large scoop for every 8-10 gallons of water.
4. Mix using large paddle, whisk or spoon.
5. Starting from the furthest sink from grease trap, drain one sink. Wait 5 minutes. Drain the next sink. Wait 5 minutes. Repeat until all sinks are drained.
6. When all sinks are drained, go back to step one and repeat until you have filled and drained a total of 4 sinks.
